ALLsoPURE Shipping Information, Return Policy, Custom Orders
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less! Enjoy your new ALLsoPURE Products!
Do You Need To Make A Return?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!
Our Return Policy has been modified for the Holiday Season - Purchases made between November 1st & December 20th 2017 may be returned through January 12, 2018. Online Returns will still need to adhere to our full Return Policy (see below), but purchases made between the dates above are eligible for return until January 12th 2018 (must be postmarked by January 12, 2018).
Return Eligibility Requirements
Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
- Any items that have been damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
- Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume or similar products will not be accepted.
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
How To Make A Return
- Return for an exchange:
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
- Return for a refund:
- Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Return for store credit:
- Must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- How to send a return:
- Send back the return yourself using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below)
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
- Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
- Send returns to the following address:
- Returns are processed within 3-7 days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity.
Other Reasons for Returns/Shipping
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by you - Contact ALLsoPURE before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. A new order, would need to be placed for an updated size and return needs to be sent back to ALLsoPURE with Return Policy Guidelines being met for refund.
